Eating Fats
- Cutting down on non-vegetable carbohydrates and replacing it with healthy fats is great for our overall health.
- Avocado, coconut oil, olives and olive oil, nuts and fish are all examples of healthy fats
- Eating natural fats is much better source of energy than carbohydrates.
