Our new 60-minute kickboxing classes take place every Thursday, starting at 5.30pm. Historically developed from karate mixed with boxing, kickboxing is a high-energy cardiovascular exercise that offers several benefits for both the body and mind. It’s also a great way to learn self-defense.
