Kandie-Rae Brown is a senior fitness instructor at AMG for our Gait & Balance Class. She casually teaches the ReJuv Senior Fitness Classes. Her goals as an instructor is to guide and educate the participants through exercises that will help to increase their mobility, strength and balance. My most impressive achievement (s) aside from being a mother of 3, is I haave always strived to keep learning, be active and live a healthy lifestyle- I have completed 2 half marathons, 4 Olympic Distance Triathlon’s. Currently working on completing my Thai Massage Practitioner certification and started my own business at the age of 50. In my spare time I love to learn, mostly about the human body and movement. Our body is a fascinating and complex machine but my favourite to learn about are the feet! Yep, I absolutely love learning about the amazing capabilities of the foot, how they work and effect all the other parts of the body from the ground up. I think that is one of the reasons she became a Reflexologist.
My name is Mariana Hosking, I am a Senior Fitness Instructor with ReJuv Fitness with Advanced Medical Group. I'm originally from Mexico City!
In Mexico, I worked as a Speech Language Pathologist and as a Special Education Teacher. Through these roles, I learned how amazing the human body is, and about its incredible capacity to recover and respond. I have always loved connecting with people and inspiring them to stay active, and to understand the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
What I find most rewarding is seeing participants gain strength, flexibility, and mobility after just a few short classes, and how this quickly begins to translate into physical, mental, and even emotional health, wellbeing, happiness, and overall quality of life.
I believe fitness goes beyond physical health and exercise and needs to include mental agility and coordination. My personal goal is to integrate pieces from my various courses and certifications to offer creative and engaging exercises for both the body and mind.
Remember: "You don’t stop being active because you grow old; you get old because you stop being active."
In my spare time I like to run and have participated in some races like the Forrest City Road Races, Jordan’s Run the Runway, and Foam Fest! I also love to ride my bike – each year, I ride from London to Sarnia, and around Niagara Falls and through Niagara-on-the-Lake.
My name is Tina Lashambe, I am a Senior Fitness Instructor with ReJuv Fitness with Advanced Medical Group. I teach the ReJuv Senior Fitness Class everyday. In my spare time, I like to garden, do puzzles, and play board games with my daughter.

When I was in my mid 20's, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a chronic health condition that caused me a great deal of pain and fatigue. I spent most of my time in bed. Then I found fitness, and slowly over time, I was able to get out of bed and become active again.
Fitness has helped me regain my strength and endurance! I hope to help my classes learn the fantastic work of exercise on the human body.
