London’s premiere exercise classes for adults 55+
The ReJuv seniors classes are 60-minute small group exercise sessions. The sessions include 30 minutes of aerobic and balance exercise, followed by 30 minutes of strength exercise with resistance training machines and stretching.
ReJuv Health classes are offered two times a week (Monday/Wednesday OR Tuesday/Thursday) with the option to add a third day (Friday).
The program runs monthly with new spaces opening at the beginning of each month.
Exercise sessions are led by certified seniors’ fitness instructors (SFIC) and Registered Kinesiologists (RKIN).
ReJuv Health participants may receive a comprehensive CCAA administered functional fitness assessment prior to starting the program.
Participants will receive individualized assessment results feedback from our Kinesiology department and use your assessment information to create an individualized exercise program based on your goals and help keep you accountable.

Classes sizes are for 11 participants only. This small class size allows for more individual attention. All classes include the use of our gym machines. When you join the classes, you get a free membership to use the gym.
AMSG is London’s only medical Exercise center specializing in supervised exercise and healthy lifestyle coaching. Our focus is to help people who have health conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and for the prevention of these conditions.
We assess, create, monitor and supervise clinical exercise programs for individuals who are looking to naturally prevent or manage different health conditions such as obesity, weight management, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, bone health, etc.
Our team of Registered Kinesiologists are certified in chronic disease prevention and management to ensure each program is safe but effective. We do not focus on things that other gyms do like toning muscles, losing body fat, increasing performance but those things usually happen during our programs anyways! We focus on how your body works metabolically, looking at your blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar and other factors that play a role in overall health and longevity.
CCAA stand for Canadian Centre for Activity & Aging. The CCAA is a not-for-profit national research and education centre within the Faculty of Health Sciences at Western University. It promotes physical activity and the well-being of seniors and older adults (over 55+) through a combination of research, educational resources and community-based health and fitness programs.
