We help seniors in London Ontario to improve their mobility, increase their strength, and improve their confidence through our Rejuv health programs.

We start with an initial assessment to look at your vitals, fitness levels, and health history. From there we evaluate which programs we offer would be the best fit for you and your goals.

We work under our 4 pillars of prevention: Exercise. Nutrition. Mindfulness. Since 2017, we have helped hundreds of seniors reach their goals in health and fitness.

ReJuv Health Programs

REJUV Kinesiology Session:
1-1 Kinesiology sessions to show clients how to move their body pain free, increase their strength, improve their cardio, increase their mobility, get healthier and improve confidence to do the things they want to do and change the way they look at themselves.
ReJuv 90-Day Program – Exercise, Nutrition, Mindfulness and Lifestyle:

The Rejuv 90-Day program is a 12-week exercise and lifestyle program run by a registered kinesiologist. The program includes registered dietician sessions, education by a pharmacist on blood work, and mindfulness meditation.

Our goal is to create group sessions where individuals perform their exercise program and have the education and dietician sessions outside of the sessions.

 

ReJuv Senior Fitness Classes:

The classes include aerobic cardio, progressive strength training with machines, balance exercises and full body stretching for a functional workout. In collaboration with Western University, we offer these classes daily by Senior Fitness Instructors.

Rejuv Gait & Balance Class:

This class is aimed at improving mobility, balance and walking. Classes includes seated warm-up, low-impact cardio such as walking and gait patterning, gentle strength training and exercises for a functional and fun workout. This class is most suitable for individuals with balance concerns, canes, walkers, or other gait aids.


Classes are on Monday and Wednesday at 2:30pm.
Class instructors are certified by the CCAA (Canadian Centre for Activity & Aging).

Gym Memberships:

Advanced Fitness Center offers general gym memberships for any individual who is accessing the gym facility independently during business hours.

Kinesiology Assessments:
These 1-Hour assessments take a snapshot of your current health and fitness status. The assessment starts with reviewing your health history and taking blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation & resting heart rate measurement and a body composition assessment showing muscle mass, bone mass, fat percentage and your metabolic age of your body.

This is a medically supervised exercise program that also provides education and guidance on nutrition, biometrics & vitals, and healthy lifestyle choices. The goal of the program is to help individuals improve their blood pressure, resting heart rate and improve other vitals/biometrics. We make lifestyle changes.
Increase in sedentary behaviour has led to the development of physical inactivity as a chronic disease. Everyone understands the importance of being physically active, but it is the accountability, guidance and support that prevent individuals from reaching their goals. This program was designed to help our patients develop lifestyle changes and use exercise as medicine.
This program is for individuals who are physical inactive and have underlying health risk factors like high blood sugars, Body weight, blood pressure, etc who want to have more energy, feel stronger and feel healthier through a lifestyle change.
Spencer Raposo is a Registered Kinesiologist who specializes in lifestyle management and chronic disease prevention and management. Spencer hopes to develop the ReJuv program to help the citizens of London, Ontario create healthy behavior changes like Exercise, Nutrition, and Stress Management to feel stronger and healthier in their everyday life.
